It doesn't look like anywhere near 194 MPH to me. There's nothing dangerous in that video, but why on earth do these people feel the need to publicise themselves like this in the internet? It wouldn't be difficult to find out where that stretch of road was and make a time/distance calculation to work out it's actual speed.
In fact, if anyone can identify the road, I reckon I could work it out myself...
